How To Purchase

Is this your first time shopping at CalendarClub.co.uk? Don't worry -- shopping with us is easy! Just follow the steps below:

1: Find the calendar you want to purchase. For tips on searching CalendarClub.co.uk, read our How to Search page.

2: Click the Add To Cart button. This Button appears along with the price of each calendar, its descriptive text and images.

3: Review Your Shopping Cart. Upon clicking the Add to Cart button, you will be taken to your Shopping Cart, where the item you have selected will appear. If you want to buy an additional number of this item, you can type that number into the box that appears next to the calendar's title, and click update.

You can also use the pull-down box next to the quantity box to indicate whether you want the item gift-wrapped. Read our Gift Wrapping page to learn more about this service

Please note that is the only place you can add gift wrapping to your order. If you decide to remove an item from your Shopping Cart, simply click the Remove link that appears to the right of the Product price for each item.

4: Continue Shopping. If you would like to purchase other calendars, you can click one of the red Continue Shopping buttons that appear at the top and bottom of the Shopping Cart page. These buttons will take you back to the page where you clicked the Add to Cart button.

5: Checkout. If you have finished shopping, you can start our quick four-step Checkout by clicking one of the blue Checkout buttons that appear at the top and bottom of the Shopping Cart page. If this is the first time you have shopped with us, we will need your email address to communicate about your order, then:

  • Checkout Step 1: Login
    During this step, you will be asked if you are a new or existing customer.

    If you are a new customer . Please enter your email address and select the "I am a new customer" option. You will be asked to setup your own password later on in the checkout process.

    If you are a previous customer enter your email address that you have registered with us along with your password and select the "I am an existing CalendarClub.co.uk customer and here is my password" option.


  • If you have forgotten your password click the link to receive your password via email. If you are still having problems logging in to your account please don't hesitate to Contact us via Email or by calling customer services on 0845 245 0387 during working hours.
  • Checkout Step 2A: Address Information
    During this step, you must provide the address to which the items you have selected should be shipped along with a contact phone number. If the billing address is different from the shipping address for the item(s), un tick the "Same as shipping" tick box in the billing address section and fill in all of the billing information.
  • Checkout Step 2B: Shipping Options
    During this step you can confirm your shipping address and select your shipping method. Currently we offer both standard and priority shipping options. click here for UK shipping, or click here for international shipping.
  • Checkout Step 2C: Password
    During this step you need to setup your own password so that you will be able to login to your calendarclub.co.uk account in the future. To do this simply enter your desired password twice, once in each of the requested boxes. We suggest that you use a password of at least 8 characters that you can remember and keep private.
  • Checkout Step 2D: Payment Information
    During this step, you will be asked to enter a coupon code if you have one. Next, you must choose the type of credit card you will use (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Switch \ Maestro) and provide the number and expiration date.

  • Checkout Step 3: Gift Wrap
    During this step you will be asked to enter a personalised message for each of the items you have asked to be gift wrapped. For each item you have the option to fill in 3 different boxes, these being To, Message and From. If you choose not to fill in these boxes no label will be placed on your gift wrapped items.     Note: This stage will only be visible if you have selected to have your items gift wrapped in stage 3 of the order process.
  • Checkout Step 4: Confirm Your order
    In this step you can review Shipping Address, Shipping Method, Billing Address, and the last four digits and expiration date of the credit card you will use for your purchase. The information can be changed with the "edit" links that appear under each field. If one or more of your items are gifts, you can also view your personalised message on the gift wrap.

6: Purchase
To complete your order, click the "blue" button that appears at the top and bottom of the "Confirm Your Order" page. You will then come to our "Thank You For Your Order Page." This page will provide you with an Order Number and will recap shipping, billing and purchase information. Please print this page for your records. Your Order Number will assist in tracking your shipment or other questions you may have about your purchase.

You will receive an email confirming your order and a second email when your order is shipped from our distribution centre. You may also check on your order by clicking on the My Account link, which appears at the top of each CalendarClub.co.uk page. The Order Status link is in the lower right portion of that page.
